We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return it under the following conditions:

Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
For returns within Germany, we provide a prepaid return label.
For returns from outside Germany, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return:
