• Return Period: You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Return Shipping Costs:
  • For returns within Germany, we provide a prepaid return label.
  • For returns from outside Germany, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s).
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We are based in Berlin and deliver our high-quality prints locally, across Europe, and internationally. Here’s all you need to know about our shipping:

• Shipping within Germany: Free shipping! Orders are delivered via DHL and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping within Europe: We offer delivery across Europe with an additional shipping cost. Delivery times are approximately 5-10 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping outside Europe: International shipping is available for an additional cost. Delivery times may vary but are typically 10-20 business days after dispatch.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
